About Dr. Jeffrey Zuravleff

Dr. Jeffrey Zuravleff, a native of western Pennsylvania, received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Medicine and Master of Science from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Public Health. He received residency training in ophthalmology and a fellowship in oculoplastic - orbital surgery at Duke University Medical Center. He was Board-certified in 1991. Dr. Zuravleff is an Associate Professor at the Medical College of Virginia and attending surgeon at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center. He has taught a generation of physicians at the Medical College and V. A. Hospitals the field of ocuoloplastics and orbital surgery and has lectured locally, nationally and internationally. He is past Chief-of-Staff of the Richmond Eye and Ear Hospital and Stony Point Surgical Center, a member of state and national medical societies and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). As an oculoplastic- orbitofacial surgeon since 1990, he has managed the care of over ten thousand patients with functional and aesthetic issues of the face.
